The Livelihood and Enterprise Development Programme (LEDP), supported by NABARD, aims to promote sustainable livelihoods and entrepreneurship among rural communities through skill development and enterprise-based interventions. Jharkhand Tribal Development Society (JTDS) implemented LEDP on Paper Plate Making in Saraikela-Kharsawan District, Jharkhand. The programme focused on enhancing the skills of beneficiaries (Preferrebly SHG Members) in paper plate production, enterprise management, and income-generation activities. It also encourages participants to adopt paper plate making as a viable micro-enterprise activity. The initiative contributed towards strengthening livelihood opportunities, promoting self-employment, and improving the economic well-being of rural households
