Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) are farmer-led institutions that help small and marginal farmers to improve their livelihoods through collective action, better access to inputs, technology, markets and financial services.

With support from NABARD, Jharkhand Tribal Development Society (JTDS) is promoting four FPOs in Latehar, Godda, Gumla and Simdega district of Jharkhand. These FPOs aim to strengthen farmers’ collective capacity, enhance value addition and market linkages, and improve farm-based incomes through sustainable and inclusive agricultural development.
